What an absolute pleasure it was to be behind the camera for this photo session celebrating a 50 year anniversary! Capturing the love and commitment of Jeff and Lynn was a unique and heartwarming experience.
Not only was it a testament to their enduring love and a huge milestone, but Jeff and Lynn have three daughters and with their families we had a great time getting their extended family photos.
So with their three daughters and their families, each with their unique beauty, I had the privilege of documenting a lifetime of family relationships.
We chose a local park just west of Denver for a beautiful backdrop for our extended family photo session. We met for a morning session and even with twelve people, I was super impressed that we were able to start photographing on time! We broke away in family groups so that everyone could have a chance to get a momento from this special morning.
Jeff and Lynn have three fantastic grandchildren so we had to make sure they had the grandparents and grandkids photos. And as timing would have it, we snuck in the great-grandbaby too!!
I was really having fun with the new parents-to-be. Maternity photos in early morning light on a mountain in Colorado?!? Amazing!!
For me the best part is that everyone was super relaxed and laid-back. When families are at ease, it makes my job as a photographer so enjoyable. I can capture those genuine candid moments that truly define a family’s bond, creating lasting memories.
Oh and surrounding this happy husband, father, and granddad with all his beautiful girls?!? So so sweet!
Of course we couldn’t stop there! We had to get all those beautiful ladies with their beautiful momma!
